Acte central Any Gaudí 2026 a la Catedral de Mallorca

Mass followed by a social event to commemorate the centenary of the death of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. The relevance and exceptional nature of Gaudí's intervention in La Seu will be highlighted. The event will take place on the day of the Immaculate, coinciding with the date when, in 1904, the first phase of the reform of the Cathedral of Mallorca was completed, and also coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the proclamation of the Dogma of the Immaculate. This activity is framed within the commemoration of Gaudí Year.
