Nuestra Carmen is the chronicle of a murder, of the violent killing of a woman.

Publicitat

Nuestra Carmen is the chronicle of a murder, the violent killing of a woman. Borrowed from the imaginary of Luís Buñuel, the mise-en-scène draws on the sour sherry of the tablaos on the Ramblas and the scent of oranges and sea that has the bitter aftertaste of absinthe in the brothels of Barcelona, a port of contraband and slaves of a more intense secular misery during the dictatorship of General Franco.
