Cicle "Les cadires de Tàpies. Invocar l’escletxa"

The third edition of the cycle "Les cadires de Tàpies", subtitled "Invocar l'escletxa", presents a total of eight sound actions that place the voice at the centre as living matter and the word as a territory of construction and transformation. Through hybrid practices that fuse performance, música, dansa, oralitat, electrònica and poetry, the invited voices become agents that occupy the void—this fragile and necessary space between the intimate and the collective—and transfigure it into a place of active and poetic presence: l'escletxa. This cycle not only accompanies oral memory but also tensions, reinterprets and projects it towards the future, placing tradition and modernity in dialogue. The voices of today confront and dialogue with the material and symbolic universe of Antoni Tàpies: with his assertive gesture, his critical gaze and his deep connection with that which is invisible and inhabits matter and silence. In this context, the chair ceases to be merely a place to sit and becomes a space of listening, confrontation and transmission, almost an altar where the voice takes form and manifests as an act of resistance and evocation.
