Cicle "Seguint el sol. Destapant la mirada"

The third edition of "Seguint el sol" proposes understanding the museum as a porous space, traversed by tensions, relations, and possibilities. Inspired by that «game of knowing how to look», the cycle proposes a training of perception that aims to broaden the gaze until transforming it into listening and shared experience. Taking El Mitjó as a starting point does not imply turning it into a theme, but into an attitude: looking beyond immediate appearance, recognizing the symbolic potential of the everyday, and pulling its imaginary threads until detecting its echoes outside the institution. Following the solar rhythm that gives the cycle its name, the invited proposals overflow conventional formats of production and reception and test other ways of being in the museum: practices built from friction, contact, and presence, and that put into play different ways of perceiving, listening, and sharing space.
