Here we see how the orchestra becomes freer, with sonatas and quartets exploring new sonorities. Thus, the Sixth and Seventh coexist with the ideas of the Appassionata and Les adieux: one impetuous and the other, a portrait of separation. These symphonies coincide with the three great Razumovsky finales and Las arpas, more extensive works and harmonically bolder. For all this, we can say that Beethoven already dominates the orchestra and uses it both to "paint" scenes (Sixth) as to generate a true rhythmic hypnosis (Seventh).
