Inspired by Donizetti's L'Élixir d'amour, this show playfully subverts its conventions to create an immersive and participatory experience. In a space transformed into a living stage, five singer-actors and three instrumentalists lead the audience into the heart of the story. Lyric arias cross with Neapolitan songs, Italian variety, or popular influences, in a free and jubilant mix. Here, the audience becomes a true choir: placed right up close to the performers, sometimes invited to intervene, they fully participate in the plot. Between theatre, music and opera, Élixirs ?
