Exposició "Intramurs. El bressol de l’arquitectura moderna a Catalunya (1872-1962)"

Exhibition that recovers the memory of the old School of Architecture, located on the second floor of the Historic Building. Coinciding with Barcelona's capital status as a global reference for architecture and the centenary of the death of Antoni Gaudí, the exhibition pays tribute to the UB's contribution to the training of architects. In 2026, the University of Barcelona celebrates its 575th anniversary, a milestone that coincides with two events of great significance for the city and the world of architecture: Barcelona's capital status as a global reference for architecture and the centenary of the death of Antoni Gaudí, one of its most emblematic students. In this exceptional context, the University promotes a commemorative exhibition dedicated to the old School of Architecture, which for decades occupied the second floor of the Historic Building, with the aim of paying tribute to its own contribution to the training of architects and to the development of the discipline. Consult all details on the UB website. This activity is framed within the commemoration of Gaudí Year.
