Exposició "Modèliques. Ciutats i utopies 1859 - 1958"

As part of the Cerdà Year, the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and the College of Architects of Catalonia (COAC) through the Open Architecture Centre, organise the exhibition presenting ten projects formulated between 1859 and 1958 that, halfway between radical utopia and the urban project, transformed the way of thinking about cities. Based on the legacy of Ildefons Cerdà and other visionary urbanists, it proposes a reflection on the transformative potential of these proposals facing the social, environmental and territorial challenges of diverse geographies.
