The exhibition proposes a journey through the figure of Vicenç Pagès Jordà (1963-2022) via the books that occupied and defined him as a reader, critic, and writer. Pagès Jordà does not merely write about literature but constructs his thought from reading and the relationship between texts. The show responds to the desire to demonstrate how Vicenç Pagès Jordà, through the two publications of the «Josep Pla» collection, Clàssics revisitats (2018) and Curs de prosa (2025), offers an accessible yet demanding selection, revision, and analysis of a series of works of Catalan prose, turning criticism into a form of cultural dissemination with the aim, expressed by him himself, of: "overcoming the borders of Catalan literature, relating them (the authors) with other works that readers might know and that might contribute to valuing them in one way or another."
