Through living tableaux, tales, played, danced, they unfold a century of fire and swing, from the insolent Cake Walk to the irresistible Charleston, from the aerial Lindy Hop to the liberated Modern Jazz. Each step tells us an era, each note carries the memory of a people who invented joy in motion. Here, bodies answer each other, brass instruments clang, percussion makes the floor vibrate, influences cross, mix, spread until today's dances, like an infinite wave.
