All the information and the best tickets for the live show "Gran gala flamenco" at the Poliorama Theatre in Barcelona.

Gran Gala Flamenco will take you on a journey through the heart of the most profound flamenco, under the musical direction of Juan Gómez "Chicuelo". In this show the audience will discover the intensity of the Gypsy people's passion through time, travelling through the different palos of flamenco (rhythmic patterns such as bulería, festive and cheerful; soleá, solemn and intense; alegría, dynamic and uninhibited; tango; guajira, "farruca" …). Featuring the new Catalan generation of flamenco artists, Gran Gala Flamenc offers the perfect union of heart and soul, music and dance, passion and rhythm. My passion for flamenco and twenty-two years of uninterrupted programming have been reason enough to go and see this show. On stage are two cantaores, four musicians, two bailaoras and one bailaor, who with their dedication, manage to convey all kinds of emotions. In the Gran Gala Flamenco, you'll find a small sample of this art: *Choreographies with the garrote (flamenco stick), one of my favourites; the art of the castanets (brilliant!), fans and the enchantment of the mantón de Manila. * Live music and singing. * Cambrés, braceos, rodazán, desplantes, remates, girs, movements of the waist and zapateos, where the escobillas are my weakness; these are very specific choreographies and movements within the art of flamenco. *You will also discover different palos of flamenco such as bulería, soleá, tanguillos, alegría, tango, guajira and farruca. *You will hear the depth of *cante jondo* in the voices of "La Tana", Ana Brenes, Joaquín "El Duende" and Ana Colom. Songs filled with deep emotions that reach your soul, even if they are difficult to understand. * The live music, on this occasion from four great musicians—Juan Gómez "Chicuelo" (guitar), Luis Santiago "Tati Amaya" (guitar), Carlos Caro (violin) and Jacobo Sánchez (percussion)—helps to create the emotional atmosphere. * The hand-clapping is another crucial element in the art of flamenco that I really like. It is art in motion, the manifestation of passion. The hand-clapping not only provides rhythm for the singing and dancing, but also adds dynamism and expressiveness to the performance. *As for the costumes and accessories, they are very varied throughout the show. The costumes for the female dancers are much more varied than those worn by the male dancer. Tight-fitting designs that accentuate the female figure. Dresses in varied colours and styles. Dark, patterned or brightly coloured dresses. Body-hugging designs. Dresses with cascading ruffles, featuring a traditional or semi-canastero skirt, and the spectacular bata de cola dress, with which the dancer performed a choreography of great skill and style. The dancer's costume is more basic. A shirt, tight trousers, a waistcoat and a jacket in dark colours (black or blue), although during one dance, he wore a very colourful patterned shirt. Gran Gala Flamenco is the perfect union between heart and soul, music and dance, passion and ri
