Comedic ballet with touches of Commedia dell'Arte, inspired by the original work La zapatera prodigiosa by Federico García Lorca from an innovative perspective. Directed by Manuel Segovia, Premio Nacional de Danza, La prodigiosa zapatera transforms Lorca's classic tragicomedy into a brilliant Spanish stage dance show with an open code. Humor, lyricism, evocative music, Commedia dell'Arte and spectacular mapping projections come together to fill the stage with life and offer an experience as fun as it is exciting. The show follows a brave, free and non-conformist shoemaker who challenges the destiny imposed on her and faces the gaze of the town that judges her, claiming the freedom to be oneself.
