Nadine Sierra & Orquesta de l’Opéra Royal de Versalles

Nadine Sierra makes her first appearance on the modernist stage of the Palau de la Música Catalana after having shone at the Liceu. The American soprano brings together all the ingredients of a great diva: a privileged instrument, a generous voice, a captivating timbre, and a charisma that is also felt in her stage presence. For her debut at the Palau, she proposes a program of arias by Mozart and Donizetti, two manifestations of bel canto, from Classicism to Romanticism, which will allow her to unfold different facets of her voice and also champion the great female roles in Donizetti's operas. Beside her, the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal de Versailles, under the direction of Victor Jacob, completes a recital tailored to a singer who seduces both by the qualities of her voice and by her way of inhabiting the stage. A first meeting with the Palau's audience to discover up close one of the voices that has shone in the last operatic seasons in Barcelona.
