Visit the Torre Bellesguard and enjoy a special, free activity for all audiences as part of Gaudí Year 2026. As part of the centenary of Antoni Gaudí's death, the Torre Bellesguard launches a special, free activity for all ages. Anyone who visits the Torre Bellesguard during 2026 will be able to participate in the creation of a collective trencadís piece, a large-scale replica of the cross that crowns the spire. The structure is made based on the real dimensions and proportions, from the point-cloud survey carried out by Galdric Santana, conservator architect of Bellesguard and director of the research group. To contribute to the dissemination and knowledge of trencadís, visitors will be able to learn and experiment with their own hands one of Gaudí's most famous techniques, adding their grain of sand to this collective project, which will become a museum piece that can represent Bellesguard in exhibitions around the world. This activity is framed within the commemoration of Gaudí Year.
