Hommage à la diva Oum Kalthoum et au poète persan Omar Khayyam, Oüm brings together six dancers and two musicians in a choreographic journey driven by live music. On stage, bodies tune to the vibrations of the oud, guitar, and voice, erasing boundaries between contemporary dance, hip-hop, and oriental traditions. Fouad Boussouf proposes movements based on impulse, listening, and improvisation, where each performer asserts their uniqueness while fostering collective energy. Weight play, spirals, and shared pulses celebrate both the intoxication of the present and the power of sharing.
