The play focuses on Eddie Carbone, a longshoreman who lives with his wife Beatrice and his wife's niece, Catherine. The arrival of two illegal immigrants, Marco and Rodolfo, triggers a series of conflicts that reveal hidden passions and Eddie's contradictions.
