The 5th Gaudí Madrid National Days, organized by the Gaudí Madrid Centre and held this year in León on the 16th and 17th of October, constitute an academic and professional meeting dedicated to analyzing the figure of Antoni Gaudí from complementary perspectives -builder, architect and researcher- in different spaces of the city. The first day will take place between the University of León and the Official College of Architects of León, with presentations by specialists who will address both the technical aspects of his work and his projection in contemporary architecture, while the second will take place at the Casa Botines Gaudí Museum, focused on research, dissemination and audiovisual creation around the architect. The programme also includes, in addition, the awarding of the 3rd Gaudí Research and Dissemination Prize, a visit to the temporary exhibition, a thematic menu and the 2nd Antoni Gaudí Young Audiovisual Creation Competition, configuring days that combine academic reflection, dissemination and cultural participation. This activity is framed within the commemoration of Gaudí Year.
