The undisputed protagonist of the play is THE KING, who the audience knows well from television and the five previous works (Audiència Irreal, Els Bufons del Regne, Protocol per a Camaleons, La Família Irreal and ABDI K.O.) that have toured throughout the geography of the Catalan Countries and Euskadi (but very few incursions in Spain, it is not well known why). In this new installment, the King is immersed in the general rehearsal of the commemorative event, following—or attempting to follow—the instructions he receives through an earpiece from the technical control. The situations present conflicts between the character's obligations, incompetence at the time of carrying them out, and zero desire to perform them. An acidic and hilarious comedy with the characteristic style of Toni Albà, with an unexpected twist that turns everything upside down… I insist: "Any resemblance to reality is purely coincidental".
