Remembering Satchmo (tribute to Louis Armstrong).

Publicitat

Another exclusive commission from the festival. In December 1955, a jazz legend landed in Barcelona: Louis Armstrong, Satchmo. To celebrate the 70 years + 1 of that historical milestone of jazz in pre-festival Barcelona, the Barcelona Jazz Orquestra, directed by Dani Alonso, pays tribute to the New Orleans trumpeter with a very special guest, also a son of the city that is the cradle of jazz: Leroy Jones. IMPORTANT: Minors under 16 years of age may only access the venue accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian. It is essential to present the Responsibility Form (see attached documents) duly printed and completed.
