The voice of Elionor Martínez, resident soprano, integrates into a string fabric that spans centuries to remind us that music is continuous presence, shared breath, and essential emotion. The suites and partitas of Bach, perfect architecture of the Baroque, elevate dance to sonic meditation: balance, implicit polyphony, and a writing that turns each line into discourse. Some, such as Suite no. 3 BWV 1009, will do so in a viola transcription and distributing the solo spotlight with the other string players, who will take the lead in the Sonata for violin no. 3 BWV 1005, Partita no. 2 BWV 1004, and Partita no. 3 BWV 1006. In contrast and complicity, they will alternate with the fragments of Attila József, op. 20, by Kurtág, which concentrate the gesture, refine the sound, and transform the word into almost physical intensity. From the clear and structural stroke of the Leipzig cantor to the expressive density of the 20th century, the inaugural concert proposes a journey of depth and risk, where past and present illuminate each other.
