L'OMAC presents a new large-scale proposal centered on peace and human rights, taking as its starting point the legacy of Pau Casals. The show is a cry in defense of human dignity that invites deep and contemporary reflection on the ideas of this universal Catalan. This experience puts art at the service of memory and civic commitment, reclaiming Casals' figure both for his musical excellence and his ethical values. The orchestra, formed by performers from diverse musical backgrounds—such as traditional music, cobla, jazz, early music, and classical—dialogues with the roots of the Catalan-speaking territories to generate a current and unmistakable sound.
