Vint Vinils: Sonia Vallejo "La Frizz"

Vint Vinils is the meeting space for vinyl enthusiasts where you can come to listen to vinyls and talk about the stories they hide! In each edition, we will invite a music enthusiast who will share their twenty favorite vinyls with the crowd! ;) During the talk, we will discuss the reasons and anecdotes that led these records to occupy such a significant place in the guest's life since the moment they first heard them. We propose a relaxed session that allows interaction between the guest and attendees. They will play fragments of the vinyls, analyze the covers of the same, and delve into the music that each of the discs contains, as well as into the personal relationship the guest has with the songs. In this edition... with Sonia Vallejo "La Frizz": The soundtrack of Sonia's life began long before she could choose her own songs. Every Saturday and every Sunday morning, her father would wake her up with the Mediterranean by Joan Manuel Serrat. That ritual, apparently insignificant, ended up becoming the beginning of everything. Since then, music has always been the guiding thread of her life. In the records, in the concerts, in the friends, in the travels and also in the work. Today she is the communications manager of Taller de Músics, but, above all, she continues to be a passionate music lover. Discovering artists, getting excited about a song, looking for that vinyl that she still lacks or sharing a new discovery. For her, music has never been just a collection of records; it has been a way of understanding the world and relating to it. From time to time La Frizz also appears, her alter ego. She insists that she is not a DJ. She only plays music. She observes the people, listens to the atmosphere and tries to find the appropriate song for each moment. Because, after all, sharing the music she loves is another way of explaining herself. I have not chosen the twenty best records of my life. I have chosen the twenty records that explain why music is part of who I am.
