Compto cada passa meva sobre la terra

Saturday 17 October - 20:00h Compto cada passa meva sobre la terra is the happy and exceptional confluence of three singular talents: the Badalona playwright Lluïsa Cunillé, National Theatre Award winner; the actor also from Badalona Oriol Genís; and the direction by Xavier Albertí. An exquisite stage recipe, created in Badalona at the Teatre Margarida Xirgu, which now arrives on the city's stages after having captivated very diverse audiences and sensibilities. Cooked at home and with an unequivocally Badalona seal, the piece opens the doors to the inner world of a newsstand owner the night before submitting to a delicate heart operation. Through his confessions, shadows, memories and the emotions of an apparently ordinary life emerge, revealing itself as profoundly human. An intimate, emotional and high-volage performance that claims the talent of proximity and the strength of stories born right next to us. A precious and magical tribute to the neighbourhood newsstand.
